Oliva SERIE V TORPEDO

Katrangan

The Oliva Serie V Torpedo delivers a bold, precise, and intensely structured smoking experience that showcases the pure power and complexity of Oliva’s flagship ligero-driven blend.

Crafted entirely with high-priming Nicaraguan ligero tobaccos from Jalapa and Estelí beneath a dark Ecuadorian Habano Sun Grown wrapper, this cigar opens with sharp notes of black pepper, espresso, and cedar before gradually unfolding into dark chocolate, earth, leather, baking spice, and roasted nuts, with a subtle natural sweetness emerging in the background. The torpedo format (6 × 52) concentrates the draw through its tapered head, intensifying the first third and sharpening flavor definition throughout the entire smoking arc. (olivacigar.com)

Among Serie V enthusiasts, the Torpedo is widely considered one of the most “precise” expressions of the blend:

* More focused than the Robusto
* More structured than the Toro
* More intense in the opening third than larger ring gauges

This makes it a cigar that emphasizes clarity and progression. The first puffs are typically the most pepper-forward and energetic, followed by a midsection rich in espresso, cocoa, and earth, with a long, spicy, and slightly sweet finish. Smokers often note how the tapered head amplifies aroma delivery, making transitions feel more pronounced and defined.

It is frequently praised for its balance of full strength with technical elegance—delivering power without chaos, richness without heaviness.

Perfect for evening smoking sessions, whiskey tastings, or moments where you want to actively engage with a cigar’s evolving structure rather than simply let it run in the background.
